Armed Merchant Cruiser H.M.S. Oceanic anchored off the Knab. She was a unit of the 10th Cruiser Squadron. She left Lerwick on Sunday 6th September, to rejoin the patrol. She was stranded a couple of days later, and was a total loss. Photographed around 6.00 p.m., this was to be the last picture of her before that event.
