Picnic group with bicycles. Woman in centre of group with straw hat and dark coat is Catherine Tulloch (Wilhoul), later emigrated to N.Z. To right of Catherine and behind her shoulder is Margaret Halcrow with son James in her lap (she was from Edinburgh, and wife of John Halcrow) - family later emigrated to U.S.A. Man at back, right, with moustache and checked cap is John Halcrow (late of Wilhoul, then Edinburgh) - emigrated to U.S.A. Child at front sucking thumb is Minnie Halcrow (daughter of above John and Margaret). Boy in centre at front with white collar is John Halcrow jr. (son of above John and Margaret). Girl to right of John jr. in light dress and hands clasped on knee is Mimie Tulloch (daughter of above Peter and Catherine Tulloch). Woman to right of centre, also in straw hat, and lighter coat is Mina Halcrow (Anness). Girl front right with black hair and white frock is Margaret Halcrow (another daughter of John and Margaret).
