Group of beach workers at the Wadill Ayre, Burravoe, at John Brown's station. The couple on the left carry a hand barrow, on which loads of fish were transported on the beach. At right is a steeple of dried cod. It is of note that one of the men with the barrow and the man in front of the steeple are wearing home-made leather clogs.
