At the back Ursula McPherson nee Smith, Christina Margaret Smith nee McPherson and holding baby Frances Smith. Ursula b. 1845 - d. 1938, Christina b. 1881 - d. 1950 and married to the photographer John Henry Smith, Grace b. 1885 - d. 1954, Janet b. 1888 - d. 1960, Mary b. 1909 - d. 1986, Elizabeth b. 1911 - d. 1962, Frances b. 1919 - d. 1995, John b. 1891- d. 1968 - Emigrated to Canada, and then returned to Shetland where he died. At time of marriage John was a private in Canadian Reserve Battalion.
