Looking South West from the Upper Gardins towards the Pier, Bød and St Mary's Chapel. In the foreground croft buildings with tekkit roofs "desses" (hay stacks) and "skroos" (corn stacks) in yard. Coles of hay and sheep on the rigs. Belonged to Lowrie Moncrieff and wife Jessie (nee Pole). Woman is Jessie Barcas (nee Moncrieff), originally from Sand.
