Swedish line fishers and Shetland drifters, LK 401 FRIENDLY GIRLS, MD 292, MD 362, MD 520, and LK 588 PRINCESS OF SANDWICK. Friendly Girls (skipper "Widden Tammie" Sinclair) was built in 1913, and was requisitioned on outbreak of war in 1914. Served in Shetland during the First World War. Princess of Sandwick was built at Sandwick, as a sail boat, and later converted to steam.
