Description
Sands Ayre, Sandlodge and copper mine beyond taken from Leebitton. Two girls standing in foreground; also note clothes drying on daek. Two herring sail drifters, "Comorin" and "Native Queen" were both built on the open beach at Sandsayre in the late 1890's. More than likely the boat on this photo is one those vessels.
