Lying at the Stenny pier, Hamnavoe are launch TIRRICK (originally built as ferry boat by Sandisons of Unst), off are LK 164 MIZPAH (the shop boat), LK 358 SYLVANUS and SMILING MORN LK 6. Passengers on the pier waiting to board. The VICTORY was originally called the ALMA. Converted to a yacht by Captain Adam Tait, who was in charge of the training ship DOLPHIN attached to the Leith Nautical College; Capt. Tait took her up to cruise Shetland several times in the mid-50's. Jerry Pottinger sen. in his boat Forward at the Staney Pier.
